Crew No.6 is a Singapore-based multidisciplinary creative practice working across spatial design, scenography, speculative design, community engagement, and artistic research. The studio develops projects that explore how space, objects, stories, and participation can shape the ways people relate to one another and to their environments. Moving fluidly between architecture, installation, performance, education, and public interventions, Crew No.6 creates experiences that are both conceptually driven and socially grounded.
The practice is particularly interested in the everyday as a site for imagination and transformation. Through collaborations with communities, cultural institutions, artists, educators, and researchers, Crew No.6 designs platforms for dialogue, co-creation, and collective world-making. Their projects often unfold through open-ended and iterative processes, where public participation, improvisation, and lived encounters become part of the work itself.
Balancing critical enquiry with playful experimentation, Crew No.6 approaches design not simply as the production of objects or spaces, but as a way of facilitating new relationships, perspectives, and possibilities for how we might live together.
